Refund Policy

RETURNS

You have the right to return your item within 14 days without giving any reason. The return period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of return, you must inform us of your decision to return the product(s) by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). Please use our withdrawal form in order to request a refund.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [Your Contact Email] to obtain a return authorization. After receiving a return authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items on sale
• Customized items

Important Return Information: To qualify for a return, all items must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, clean, and undamaged. Items must also include all original tags and be in their original packaging. Please ensure a copy of your invoice and a completed withdrawal form are enclosed with your package.
